Shift timing: 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Guaranteed hour: 32hr./Weekly

Job Summary: As an RN Supervisor specializing in rehab within our nursing home facility, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident progress, and provide clinical leadership and support.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs), to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Assess resident needs and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
- Provide direct nursing care as needed, including medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident conditions, address concerns, and provide support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices in nursing care.
- Participate in staff education and training programs to promote professional development and maintain competency.
Compensation: $53.00 - $57.00 per hour
