RN Supervisor
Full Time • Dallastown, PA
Position: Registered Nurse Supervisor
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Location: Dallastown, PA
Contract Weeks: 7+ weeks (40 Hours/Week)
Position Highlights:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure adherence to care standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing personnel.
- Develop and implement schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in rehab nursing

Compensation: $53.00 - $57.00 per hour
