Responsibilities

Busy defense law firm seeking an experienced Construction Defect Attorney

Must have: Experience in general contractor/sub-contractor handling (court experience), construction defect.

with at least 3 to 8 years' experience to join our insurance defense firm.

Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:

JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation.
Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
